Concept Feedback: The Same, But Different

About a month ago, we decided to make some pretty substantial changes to Concept Feedback and how we position ourselves in the marketplace. From the beginning, the goal of the site has been to create a place that brings together people responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving websites, and offering the environment and tools to get quick, actionable feedback from a knowledgeable community. On many levels, we've achieved just that. We're now closing in on 10,000 members, and the features on the site have come a long way from our humble beginnings.

However, like any business (and believe it or not, we are one), we need to generate revenue to continue maintaining and improving our website for our members and customers. In order to do that, we've changed the front-end of our site to look and work like an app, taking advantage of our expert feedback system, and focusing more of our outreach on businesses and marketers. In the end, the changes are only visual, and the community is still very much alive (but you will need to get accustomed to the new navigation - look for the Community link).

For those of you who are willing, I need your help! If you have received great feedback by using Concept Feedback (and I hope you have), I need you to help me spread the word to your clients, co-workers and friends. You could write a blog post, send out an e-mail or a tweet, post a banner (more detail below), or stand on a busy street corner with a sandwich board. Or (and this is the best way) you could suggest using Concept Feedback the next time your developing a website for a client. Getting outside, expert opinions on your project will add value to your service and help reassure your client that you are on the right path.

I want to emphasize that we're still committed to growing and developing our community! A lot of you guys have been with us since the early days, watching us experiment with new things, and providing feedback and suggestions along the way. We couldn't have done it without you, so thank you for your support!
