Over the past several weeks, we posted a number of our own projects on Concept Feedback, including our Public and Expert Pitch pages, and most recently, our Public Member Page. We wanted to get website feedback from our own community, and find out if maybe they knew something we didn't :) Not surprisingly, they did, and we received an abundance of high-quality, insightful ideas which helped us improve our design mock-ups. The feedback was actionable, specific and creative - exactly what we were hoping to offer our users and customers when we launched last year.
The other day, we released a new and improved Public and Expert page, based on the ideas from our community. We'll be tracking the results over the next several weeks, and I'll be back with an update.
Concept Feedback has been a quick way for us to get focus-group-like feedback from a diverse and knowledgeable audience - hopefully you've had a similar experience. However, we still have a long "to do" list and a seemingly endless stream of ideas for how to improve the site and provide more value to our users. This fall will be busy as we continue on our endless quest to become a must have resource for qualitative website feedback (side note: good article yesterday from web anayltics guru Avinash Kaushik).
We're counting on you to continue providing us with input, criticism and suggestions. Thanks for reading!
